Group art therapy on living abroad

We are currently taking interest for an up to 8 persons group for people with the experience of expatriation and living abroad.

With this group you’ll have the chance to look creatively into the themes of
– managing stress when living abroad
– transition
– missing home, family and friends
– staying connected with ourselves and our values
– staying connected with our new community
– looking into future goals.

and to meet people with possibly similar lived experiences and participate in a supportive community.
