Amsterdam Blooms: six-week art therapy group for women+

Amsterdam Blooms is a six-week Art Therapy group. This group is for women+ with the experience of sexual violence and offers emotional strengthening and trauma processing.

Limited space. 3-5 persons.

Group starts Thursday, 25th of April 2024 at 4pm for 2 hours and will meet weekly.

Who is it for?

The group is for women or anyone identifying as a woman. No prior experience with art-making is essential.

What is art therapy?

Art therapy (beeldende therapie) is a form of psychotherapy that combines the use of art materials and talking as a form of expression and communication. Art is not used as a diagnostic tool but as a spark for self exploration and a way of dealing with distressing emotions.

No prior art skills required.

All sessions are confidential.
